The prize draw is entered by purchasing a new BMW between 15 May 2026 and 18 May 2026. Employees of Marshall Motor Group or their families or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are excluded from entry. One one entry per person is permitted. In entering this prize draw, you confirm you are eligible to do so and that you accept these terms and conditions. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by the provided email address within 7 days of the draw. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of a their valid UK driving licence. The prize my be withdrawn from the winner outlined above and a new winner drawn if the prize is not accepted within 7 days of notification. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of parts of the prize for one of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
