At the point of purchase, not informed that the Podpoint charging unit is not compatible with some energy providers and have had to change provider as a result. Very poor. Not the fault of Tiago Torres who was excellent after inheriting my account.

Car was washed but to a very low standard. Had to clean the windows immediately we arrived home as windscreen looked like it had been wiped with a dirty mop! Don't feel the service cost was good value and why the brake fluid needed changing so soon

The service was excellent once the diagnostics and work started. However, I was disappointed that I had to wait two weeks for diagnostics, and a courtesy car, which meant I had to manage without a car for two weeks.

My car had a complimentary valet which was poor and had to polish the car when I got home. I then discovered that a car door had been opened on my car under your care - I realise I have no way of proving this. But I had to touch up a scratch

I went for a basic oil and filter change, I was then told I needed I new oil housing at a cost of £1300+ vat then when I said I had no problems with it before they serviced my vehicle I was told a now only need a cap for the filter at 40 vat

Professional customer service from the start to the end. I was offered a complimentary taxi into Salisbury and back, while my BMW was being fixed. That made all the difference and meant I didn't have to twiddle my thumbs for two hours.

I would have given 5 star but I was left waiting in the reception for 20 minutes past my appt time to hand my keys over. I feel i would have been left longer if I did not go up and ask for an update to state iv been waiting but not seen anyone.

I was shown a lack of empathy, understanding, and support when I arrived with the vehicle to have the front seat cover replaced under warranty. I was also offered a complimentary wash and vac which then didn't happen....

I brought the car in for diagnosis of a range of electrical/software faults. I had to return twice again as faults including ones which beeped and sent signals as you started the car were not identified and fixed

No problem with any of the work done, but I have a problem with the time taken. I book my car in for a specific time and let you know that I will be waiting as the job isn't a big one. A new tyre, and an MOT both took over 3 hours

Originally we had asked for run flat tyres, both at the time of booking and on the day and they were not fitted. We had to make a return journey to have them fitted.

The car was in for MOT and to replace rubber for the second time, I understand because the boot was misaligned from first time. I now have a problem with boot itself which is intermittently not working correctly!!

The centre was able to perform my service and inspection but unable to complete the MOT due to not having in stock tyres suitable/compatible with BMWs. Then we're unable to fit or arrange the fitting of the new tyres. Car is now still un MOT'd.
