All work done well,car valeted very well( apart from inside windscreen glass left smeary, but that a very small point). Work explained well after service by showroom person (female) who was very professional and lovely.

Very disappointed with the software update option. My X5 is 8 years old and I have never previously been offered a software update. This time I was told it would cost £210 for an update but could not explain what it included!

Meant to have pre booked wait appointment. 3 hours later still waiting. Was given the keys back with nothing said by the service agent. Said he would post information, nothing has been done. Said he changed key fob battery, lied it was the same one
