Sadly , I have had to down size my car ?? so , my new car is my 3rd BMW from Marshalls in 4 yrs. Matt is a superb salesman !! & carefully negotiated me through the journey to choose smaller . I now hope I can settle to the Series 2 Coupe!

Some of the staff at the dealership were rude, the level of the work done was poor. Would not use this dealership again or recommend it to anyone. This is the second time I have had problems with this dealership.

All work was completed satisfactorily. Car was not available when originally promised - I had to wait until the following day for pickup. However, I had a loan car for the period my car was with the garage at no extra cost, which was good.

Whilst my car was in for a recall I planned to test drive another car, X1. After many questions by the salesman giving all my personal details and financials I was told I could not test drive the car as it wasn't in my budget. Very disappointing.
