All good except for a few things, staff were excellent. The car wasn't washed after they offered it, the service lights hadn't been reset and lastly the shock absorbers bump stops weren't in stock costing an extra £45. This will now cost over £300.

Nearly new BMW was faulty yet the dealership was unable to offer a courtesy vehicle (in the end I organised via BMW assist - a hassle). Returned to collect the car only to find the fault still present. Wasted journey, seemingly not properly tested.

It was supposed to be a MOT and wait service. When I turned up it was drop-off. I can't prove it but there's seems to be a mark on my alloy. When I bought the car I was told all new tyres. Only done 4k and car needs two new tyres.
