The car was delivered on time and with style. Everyone was supportive throught out the process. The sales person (Franklyn) was engaging and knowledgeable, making it a positive and enjoyable experience.

On-going communication from order to delivery was disappointing often having to chase up queries. Accessories ordered at time of purchase had not arrived when both cars picked up and still awaiting some items. Had to go directly to BMW for others

Very polite staff and kept me up to date with repair progress, thank you. But, repair to the automated tailgate has not fully resolved the i4 issue, video of health check arrived two weeks after inspection identifying a bulge in offside tyre?

Having used other BMW service centres I am normally contacted after 2-2½ hours to collect. This was only an inspection but informed it would need the whole day.

Having owned a BMW for just over 12months, I have visited 3-4 times with recalls, Service, Windscreen Replacement, Winter Health Check. Not one visit I would suggest went well. Staff fail to call back or reply to emails
