Generally very pleased with the purchasing process though found the IT skills demanded for some of the remote ordering and registration demanding at our age! Would have liked confirmatory email replies on a couple of occasions.

Marshall were really good. I found the service advisor handling my car quite slow on responding or providing any update. They were a little better for my husbands car. Jade was amazing on both occasions and went far above and beyond!

Only niggle has been linking the car. As I don't have a recent smartphone, everything has been linked to my wife's phone hence, currently, I am unable to personalise anything.
