When I collected the car, Matt was very patient in talking me through the controls and answering any questions I had. I had an issue charging the car at home. I spoke to Martin Pierce, brought the car in. Issue with cable, replacement provided.

I was able to test drive a car like the one I wanted and was able to view the additional features I wanted when building my car. I was kept up to date re expected time of delivery. The handover process went smoothly.

I've had a number of engagements with Marshalls Salisbury and every time the service has been excellent. Nonetheless, when your job demands flexibility from all those around you, the team, particularly Tariro, has been absolutely outstanding.

As the dealership is based about 2km out of town a free drop to town service would be very beneficial to many customers (saves walking or having to pay for a taxi if raining) . Overall a good service from the team at Matshall BMW.

Service was good and video provide of the inspection of the car is what the customer wants to see. The only down side if you would like it washed and hoovered, this service is not very good. A quick spray with the hosepipe wipe down and wheels left

Poor communication, had to phone both days at 3.30pm to find out was was going on. Important when you live half hour away! Always have to wait half hour to be seen.
