The team at Marshall even picked a number plate with my initials, they knew I didn't have a huge amount of time to pick up due to childcare so made the process quick and easy.

I was emailed to say windscreen wipers needed immediate replacement and I clicked to add them to my bill, yet when I collected the car at 3pm they'd not been replaced, as not in stock. You should keep stock on site!

Technicians fobbed us off with a load of rubbish about the type of washer fluid that caused the pump to break. Again, having owned 6 models I'd suggest it's the weaker build quality and increased fragility of the components.

All work specified carried out at a reasonable cost. Car returned very clean. Work we thought necessary on brakes was not needed and advice given on the condition of both rear and front brakes.
