We were very happy with Marshall Bournemouth, we didn't proceed with Salisbury. We had better service with Bournemouth, Graham kept us updated with everything and was very easy to deal with.

My wife waited over an hour simply to hand her keys in. She was then charged £150 to replace a faulty tyre valve. I realise it is a dedicated valve but this pricing for a basic component and task is tantamount to extortion

My car has a damaged Wing Mirror and BMW looked at it during service and said they would let me know the price to repair but have heard nothing

The car was booked in for one day to replace the EGR cooler but they could not complete the work in one day as they needed an extra part. I was surprised that there was not a standard pack of components to fit this part.

The guys did his best and after offering to phone me a taxi (I had ttyed to pick my car up 9 hours after dropping It off and no one would answer the phone) he eventually understood I wasn't leaving without a car, mine or one of yours.
